clutch

so i took my car in to get a dyno reflash and what i thought was my boost spiking and divingwas actually my clutch repeatedly slipping and grabbing. So now im looking into the ACT Xtreme with flywheel. good choice?

RE: clutch

Most people tend to lean toward the Exedy twin disc. I have heard of some ACT clutches cause the transmission to lock out when shifting at redline but I can't remember which one it was.

go with a twin disc if you have the cash. they prevent tranny lock out and they are easier on the drivetrain

Hey guys, since we're on the subject of clutches, I got a quick question.

One of my buddies is looking for a decent clutch for the street and even some track time. I recomended the (MB7-HDSS) ACT Street disk kit. He then found an ACT F1 clutch kit on ebay for around 425 + shipping. . .Are theese ACT F1 kits actually from ACT??? Or they are a F1 brand with the ACT lable??
