Hey guys whats up, I know Im new and all but we need to do something to liven up this site a bit. Like I said Im pretty new to this site and I have gotten all the information I've needed from a few guys here, but unforunatley once you look at a couple things here that seems to be were it ends. Im not trying to disrespect anyone here or anything like that, I just figure who ever can help make some suggestions to help this site out. I like personally like coming to this site to see the threads and stuff on this site, but its usually the same. If i offended anyone by this please tell me and I'll never try this again, Im mean come on guys this is an Evo forum and nobodys got nothing to talk about????

This site goes alot further than the EVO section and that is why it is boring in this section... There are only like 5 Active EVo owners on this board so its tough.

But if you want excitment I think I blew out my MAF the other day by shorting out the harness from water getting into it, My car has a removed hood vent and has sat uncovered in the rain for a few day so moisture built up and rain and dripped into the MAF harness and my car doesnt drive..... Gotta try it again when its dry out and put the hood vent back in now

when i seen the pics of your car I was wondering why your vents were removed, i figured it was for a good reason, but i see that it can cause big problems if it rains. So here in chicago I couldnt do anything like that cause of the rain and snow.

Actually it is cause of my Intake that the problem happens cause it mounts my MAF at an upward angle so when water gets in it drips right on the harness. In the past my intake was mounted different but I was forced to change it because of my BOV venting kit. I was ventless for over a year and I lived in the Fl rain which is INSANE!!!.

I just had it removed cause I like the look of it
