Good Ole' Massachussetts. One of the worst states for state inspections. Maybe aside from California. But they are pretty strict. Although i heard not to long ago that in 2008 they are doing away with the dyno smog testing and only doing OBD readings. So that means any car under 1996 does not need to have emission testing. Which means me . So after this im done paying the $90 for an inspection
