Well I got my tune today.......all i can say is OMG what a difference, the car pulls so much better in the top end. It just pulls way better, I love it, thanks emonz for recommending me to get all these mods, im really happy with the car now but.......... lol I think i want cams now...lol I went for a drive in my tuners car and he had basically the same mods as me but he had some cams and a mbc and the car just pulled like crazy, i didnt expect it to make that kind of difference. Well thats my news for now, i let you guys know if i do anything else.

 

If you get cams youll need another flash. Cams are a good 20-30WHP gain which is what you prob just made with your flash from stock.so you just made 20-30 then cams will get 20-30 more ... I knew youd be happy with your car. but a year from now youll be needing more. and hopfully i will to lol so I can pass on the Mitsubishiforum Evo TTrix 50trim kit on to you lol and I can upgrade to like a 37r and a 2.3L kit and make like 650HP lol

best way to do it i one step at a time though.... I am glad I went the bolt on route to 50trim route then work it up to a 37r route

today after work I went for a ride in my beast..... well all i can say is its a whole new ball game once you actually drive the car on the street instead of a wide open area for the tune, the car makes me wet myself again...lol I couldnt believe how fast i got through first and second gear..lol once i hit 70 I slowed down...oops hee hee. The car just pulls like crazy. Oh i meant to tell you guys, when I was having my car tuned I had them bump up the two step to around 6k and I raised the rev limiter to 7800, I know I wont have to go that high but just so I can if i needed to at the track. In a couple weeks is opening day at route 66 for test and tune dragway and it will be interesting to see what happens, you guys will be the first to know what happens. Later guys.

 

at the track use the 2 step.... but shift the car at 7500ish

Isnt it crazy what a tune can do to these cars. they are so pig rich from the factory it kills your power... plus keep and eye on your gas milage look at how much better it is

quick question. is it better to have a reflash done or do it yourself i you know what you are doing? i have a lap top and plan on getting the cable to tune it but duno which is better.
