Because it cant hold mroe than 25psi

 

the EVO VIII BOV is different and it can only handle 17PSI after that it leaks out and falls down to 17 before redline after. the IX is good till 25

i just heard a Greddy type s bov not to long ago and i think i wet my self, are they any good?

 

they are ricer central... I hate the sound of that POS BOV. they hold 25 PSI which is good but they are still gay IMO

BOV are mostly all pretty stupid sounding... My favorite is the SSQ though that s why I bought it plus it is the best for never leaking any boost.

The Type S is by far the worst sounding BOV next to the Mopar SRT "Noise Maker" they are equally as gay

Ive seen it done already.... that is funny. I honestly would do that WAY before I EVER used a Types S on my car.
