wow, malta is a beautiful place to live in. As for the evo purchase, try to be a bit more specific so that we may help you. What generation evolution are you looking for exactly, and what kind of "do and donts" do you want to know about. Another good option is to do alittle surfing on the web to look for general question like this.

If you still in doubt. ask away, we'll be happy to help you

good luck

Gus

Gus,
You are right. Let me narrow my question. I am interetsed mostly in an Evo VI. I came across a TME limited edition model with 38K miles. I would like soem direction on teh following:
[ol][*]How would I be sure that it is a genuine TME edition and not a converted EVO VI? Do they have all the coloured stripes on the side/back? Thsi one does not have any! Its a Japan import.[*]Servises; What frequency/type of service should I search for in the service history?[*]Can the milage be tempered with?[*]What specific areas should I look for within the body/engine/interior..i.e rust areas,/oil leaks/cracked dashboards.etc?[*]Were rear clear lenses original or an aftermarket replacement?[*]Asking price is £11k....with 38Kmiles....sounds good?
[/ol]

pre VIII's aren't a walk in the park to find and are not cheap when you do fin hem b/c they are so rare.... what kind of budget are you on? you can get a lancer and do a VII conversion on them w/a 4g63t like "Lil Evo" did on his and his looks GREAT!!!!!!!!!!! btw i'm not familar w/ ur location, are you looking for one in the states or overseas? if overseas... disreguard everything i just said lol i'm sure you could fine a VI or VII around there no problem
