okay, so Im new and i dont know how to work this site much and Im thinking im sure this question might pop up everywhere on this site anyways heres the questions:

Are there any year of EVO8 that had problems? ex: radiator, overheating, turbo problems, transmission, electronics, brakes etc. etc.
If so, which year and is it fixed by Mitsubishi?

Im just asking this because I've been a BMW guy for a long time but I've always loved the Evo and all the models that BMW had made has something wrong with them in the start of the new body style..like water pumps or something small. I just wanted to know if this car has similar problems in the past too, like how the WRX has transmission problems..

Well, let me know because im excited about purchasing a Evo8 but I just need some inputs from the guys who knows the car best.

I can tell you that Mitsus satisfactory rating in general beat out BMWs, lol. You can do a search for all these things... if youre looking to find out which ones had more/less problems... you could check the TSBs... (Which are located on the title bar there)
