Default Putting money away for the EVO

I have decided that i want to start putting money in a savings account each week for an evo. I want to try to get one when i am 18 or 20. I want to either buy a new one or a fairly new one. I know all the evo's have power but i want one with style ( like the one Emonz has). I was just wondering what would be a good down payment say if i were to buy one today? Also what evo's would be a good choice? Hey Emonz, what evo do you have?

Default RE: Putting money away for the EVO

Well, I bought a new Evo IX and put $10,000 down that I'd been saving for a couple years. If I were you I would purchase an 2005 or 2006 due to the fact I've heard about problems with the clutch for the 2004 and earlier models.
