Default spark plug blow up

K have a question one of my spark plugs blow up. And when i say blow up i mean it the whole cylinder is shot i need to have redone the spark plug wnt even screw back in. i will picture soon to show what it looks like but i want to know if anyone has any idea on what could have done this. I have a 2005 evo 8

is it that the spark plug is gone, or that the socket is striped. Because in that case you are gonna need to have it re-socketed.

umm only thought that might cause a plug to blow out of the head would be detonation, knock overboosting, or fuel cut hitting hard or something.

the threads a stripped or the spark plug wont fit i tried a new to make sure

Looks like detonation and the plug wasnt installed right...

9 times out of 10, when a plugs shoots from the head, you need a new head.
Reason is that the walls of the head are damaged and can't be retapped.
2005?
Any mods to it?
Miles?
Maybe this could be warrantied.

Looks like detonation and the plug wasnt installed right...
Factory plug..?

what does the electrode look like. becasue that is the end where the plugs go in. Did you install new plugs at all lately? and how long ago. Because that seems like an electrical issue to be to totally melt the plug and coil pack at the plug. Almost like the firing order maybe was wrong or something. But can you show a pic of the electrode
