Ok so I'm a retard......I found out that it works alot better if you log in. Thanks for checking Mike. I used to automatically log in when I sign on to the website. Somehow that got shut off and I didnt know it.

That gear change is automatic. Has nothing to do with any moderators. when you get to a certain post count youll automatically shift to 2nd
