torque dampener or motor mounts?

Which one is better ?

I'd stick with the dampner. I have both on my car. The motor mounts transferred so much vibration that I put 3 of the stock ones back on. The damper is cheaper, easier to install and will work fine without the vibration transfer. How much HP / TQ are you making?

Well right now I am stock , full intake installed . Light weightcrank pulley .Upper and lower i/c pipe kit awaiting install , but have to order the mini race battery kit so i can install the i/c piping. I know the torque dampener is cheaper and easirer to install just wanna make sure its the right choice . Next year (feb/march)I am going to be installing full 3in turbo back exhaust , turbo header and o2 housing , fuel pump , reflash and bigger fmic. My goal is 400-450whp after i do cams and turbo upgrade. Is the torque dampener going to be go for that or once i break a certain whp should i go to the stiffer motor mounts.

does the optima batter really give you that much clearence for an upper i/c pipe kit. The weapon r i/c piping kit doesn't need all that much more room. Well sounds like the torque dampener is the way to go.

just put my tq dampener in today and from my experience with stiffer motor mounts and now this i would def go with the tq dampener . you don't get nearly the vibrations the stiffer mounts can cause. great install , quick and easy.

You can just trim the batter tray.

I thought the IC piping is higher than the tray so how would cutting it make a difference. I know with the Ijen kit which emonz has you dont need a small battery kit, but if you get the buschur one you do. So i guess its dependant on the kit itself which i think the weaponr doesnt need the slim battery kit
