Because we have the auto theft radio on our Mitusbishi and because the battery went dead we needed to put in a code to get the radio to work again.Not realizing what had happened I punched in some #'s. Then found out we needed a code.Since we bought the car used and didn't receive any codecards, we pulled the radio out to get the serial #. We got the serial # and got the code, but by that time we had punched in too many #'s and now the radio just shows off. We were told that if the car ran for an hour it would put it back to the place we would have 3 more chances to put in our code. This is not happening. The car has run for more than an hour and all the radio shows is off. Any input? Julie

 

have you tried disconnecting the battery for a while? this sometimes resets the electronics. btw welcome to the boards.
