Hello I want to issue a formal complaint about a Mitsubishi Expander in October of last year, bought in Honduras Central America. The car shut down while driving the steering wheel lock and the brakes failed. The local country dealer claims it was because coffe was spilled on the gear selector although my wife who drives the car never eats in it.
This is a major issue that could have cost the life of my wife but the dealer is trying to not honor the guarantee of the vehicle. The option of contacting the country dealer is off I would like to know were I can file a formal written complaint about the vehicle as a safety hazard and also about the dealer.
