i just bought a 2000 galant with a 2.4 & a got a dtc for emissions. its p0421, "catalyst warm up efficiency below threshold". what i need to know is if its cali emissions or federal? i believe the car was repainted before i got it & i haven't seen an emissions label, so if anyone can help, that would be awesome. i live in NY & need to get it inspected within the week before my temp tag runs out
