Default 01 Jerking deceleration

I am coming up on 200,000 miles. So far have averaged 28mpg and only had 1 repair for $23. So no complaints. Anyway, now when I decelerate from 65-70 mpg, it decelerates with jerks. Especially noticible when the cruise is on and you go over a hill, and the cruise backs off the throttle. Engine idles smooth. Power is good. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
