Unhappy 1990 galant ECM issue

I have a 1990 galant sitting in the driveway, its in perfect condition a looks like brand new, the only problem is it keeps blowing the two large resistors on the ECM board, I've replaced the ECM twice at 300 bucks a pop, anyone ever experienced this same problem, the car always runs fine for about a week after replacing the ECM, then it fails in the same way. How do I fix this?

the early icm's short out and blow the ecm's that is why they changed the iac in the late 94 models the early iac's are getting harder to find
