Default 1998 gdi galant - randomn transmission issues ??

Hi all, I love my Galant 1998 but sometimes even in 3/4 gear she seems to shudder, i wonder if its a transmission issue??

In very very exceptionally bad circumstances (happens very very rarely) she slips gear and drops to 3rd with the neutral light flashing, this is when i have to turn car off, wait then turn on again and drive as per normal.

But the shudder at times when I drive is concerning me, I dont even know when the timing belt was last done, will this have anything to do with this ?? also some say for my gdi i should be used 5/30 oil and not 10/40 as suggested by some

Can anyone help ?

Default Mitsubishi Endeavor 2005 - failure and neutral light flashing.

Did you find the solution?! Actually Today I suffered this with my Mitsubishi Endeavor 2005!

Turned off engine, waited 2 seconds and restarted, everything normal.
