I have a 95 Galant and when I am driving it down the road the tachometer will start jumping from 2500 RPM to 0 RPM. It will act like it is going to die but after it does that about 5 or 6 times it will run for a little while. At first it was doing it only when I was on the highway going 60 mph, now it is doing it all the time and it even dies when I am at a light. I was told that it might be a the fuel pump of fuel filter. If anyone has heard of the Galant doing that and they know the fix let me know, I would greatly appreciate it.
