I pulled my headliner yesterday due to sagging material. It looks like there are two layers of foam on the substrate.
Can someone confirm the substrate/headliner board is actually very thin material?
It looks like it's about 1/32" thick if I'm right. I would hate to remove a layer of structural foam which is providing shape and form to the substrate.
