Hy all, I possess a Galant GSR 1991, a 2.0L DOHC 16 valves. About two months ago, my car died on me without notice. I bought it approximately 6 months ago and did only about 1000 miles with it. This car has 90000 miles. I have kind of no clue what has been done on it.</P>


I had it checked by a mechanic and he told me that the timing belt broke. I'm not convinced he opened the hood at all and I'd like to know what are the symptons when this happens.</P>


Also if you guys experts could tell me a rough estimate of what to do next and how much it would cost me, I would really appreciate. Thanks in advance.</P>
