Could someone who owns a galant turn their ignition to "on" but not start the engine and with a foot on the brake shift from park to reverse and from neutral to drive? Do you hear a "buzz" noise when doing this? If so, does it last for three seconds? Trying to figure what is going on with my 1999 Galant (2.4) transmission. Thank you.
