The power locks and the two overhead vanity lamps in my 2002 Mitsubishi Galant are not working. I think the two problems are related. I checked all the little fuses in the panel by the driver's side door and they all look fine. However, I was unable to get the two big fuses out.

What could be the problem?

 

There is two fuses in the engine bay fuse box that are connected but surrounded by a yellow tiny box lookin thing just pull those out till it clicks(it doesn't come all the way out) then take needle nose pliers and wiggle the fuse till it comes out. It is one of those fuses I blew both of them installing an aftermarcket radio lol
