missing screw on throttle body

I have 2001 Galant ES 2.4L 4 CYL and when it is warmed up when I stop at a light the car idles low and the oil light flickers. I have checked the other posts on here and else where and I have replaced the spark plugs and wires. Checked the pcv and it is getting vaccum and I was getting ready to tackle cleaning the the throttle body when I noticed there is a hole where there should be a screw and I was wondering what it actually goes to and if it could be part of the cause. I was reading post talking about the idle adjust screw on 1g/2g galants disappering and this being a problem. Any information would be great.

RE: missing screw on throttle body

Well as far as I can tell it is not needed and in several pictures in the haynes manual it is gone as well but I am still having the same issue of the low idle. At this point I am going to take it to a shop and see if I can get the idle adjusted

RE: missing screw on throttle body

I ended up replacing the oil pressure sending unit and changing the oil from 5-30 to 10-30 and that seemed to fix it
