Default Timer belt & Spark Plug

Hi friends,
i have my Galant V6 60K service pending. A good auto repair guy in Edison,NJ gave me this quote. Is this reasonable? when i asked him 'does n't timer belt cost about $60?' He said 'timer belt package' etc ...

part labor total
Spark Plug 28.27 201.60 229.87
Ignition cable 76.80 60.00 136.80
Timer Belt 171.03 252.00 423.03
coolant 100.00
Cabin Air Filter 90.00
Air Filter 25.00

Pepboys gave me $160 for spark plugs & installation ($70 less than the the above).

2)Can I use Bosch 4+ paltinum spark plugs ? Are should I go with Mitsubishi recommended ? Which is the best ?
thanks

Jay

Thank you a lot.
Your advice helped me a lot. I will go with mitsu suggested.

For now I did Timer belt change and fixed the 'check engine soon' lit up problem.
