Can you check voltages with just a multi-meter?

The O2 spacer is just for after market exhausts - right?

You must use a quality catalytic converter otherwise you may face these problems. Check Magnaflow Catalytic Converters, Catalytic Converter Cost for the best quality aftermarket catalytic converter.
