Last week when I got home and turned the car off the horn sounded as soon as I removed the key. I could put the key back in and it would stop, and I could move the wheel back and forth and it would start and stop. I disconnected the horns and can hear the relay activating when I slightly turn the wheel back and forth. I'm guessing its the clock spring under the air bag? Also I noticed that the radiator fan is running for no reason, since its 30 degrees out and the ac or defrost is not on, I'm kinda thinking this is related to the faulty clock spring as well.
