Question 2002 mitsubishi lancer lose power at high RMP

I notice few days ago tha when my lancer 02 hit pass 3/4 rpm lose power like if something stop the air or fuel flow but when i release the gas for a second and accelerate again the problem stops. I had replace the the head gasket and also took head to machine shop to get fix. But this problem happen like a month after the head and cylinder were fix. I had took it to the mechanic and e says tha may be the exhaust monifold he also notice tha the crank pulley wooble a little bit. Also notice a ticking sound on the engine bay. Thank you so much any ideas of whats wrong with the car will help. 2002 mitsubishi lancer Oz
