1.Because itfloodswhere I live and I wont drive my car drive on flooded road with CAI on it.

I saw 3 of my neighbors had big problems with CAI on flooded streets. I am talking about 3 to 4 feet of water and especially on the Highway onnorth95 melted snow andflooded fast lane. By pass valveand injen Aluminum sheildit will work in California not in New England.

Trust me been there done that.

2. I like the sound of the SRI than CAI better. deeper sound and more aggressive and easier to install.

2 main reason I want a SRI

Easier to install... there is like no difference in the install.

Also, they have a new hydro protection that prevents sucked up water.

Nope Sebba sorry. I won't buy it
it easier to install the SRI. I don't have go under the car to check on it or take the fender or bumper to install it.

did you see the picture? is that a pain to do and beside I am a daily commuter not a racer. SRI is just right for me. I am not bad mouthing InjenIjust DON'T like CAI.

What if I want to clean my Filter?
Do I have to remove everything again just to clean the Filter?
If you see the pic it is so close to the ground.

When I hita skunk my engine will smell like them. I haven't got rid of the skunk smell thatI have for almost 6 months in my A/C air filter. I think I have a piece of skunk hair on one of the vent.

Believe I learned my lesson well on CAI.
