My deck plate burned out so I bought a replacement from eBay, when I received it the buttons were all stuck so I used my buttons the only thing that was changed but for some reason the deck doesn't work when I know it did before i exchanged the buttons also even without the plate plugged in I get static in my speakers and I cannot turn it on or off what's going on?
