i just bought a 2008 lancer ES the middle version, and i was wondering if anyone could post any pictures of an after market cd player in there lancer, i was just wondering how it would look because the stock cd player seems to be part of the dash, any help on this would be much appreciated

 

if you look on scosche.com , they have dash kits available for vehicles that have flush audio players, like the new Honda Civics.
I don't know if they've released anything for the 2008 Lancer yet, but its worth a look.
The dash kit converts you current audio set-up into either a single or double din set-up.

I searched the site, but found nothing for an 08 Lancer.
Being as its a very new model, give it some time for the aftermarketto dive into it.

 

thanks a lot yeah i figured with it being new not many parts are made for it and with all of it being new there is no real need for me to change it anytime soon, i just wanted to get an idea of how they would do it, the stuff i want to buy first are add ons stuff that doesnt take away from what i got, any suggestions you might have only antying i can add please let me know
