DIY on changing tie rod?

the good news, its relatively easy to change.
and if you'd like to have the comfort of knowing you did it,
i'd say go for it.
the bad news, you will need an alignment afterwards.
you just need to get the wheels as close to straight as possible before driving it.
how did you break the tie rod??
i managed to bend mine but never break it.
and that was a 60 mph impact.
That's an easy fix I usually used a torque wrench if you don't have a high impact wrench.
I recommend towing it on flat bed but ifyou trust yourself then drive it,as long it's not 30 miles away from your house.
