It is Illigal to remove the Catalyctic Converter according to Spike TV whatever State you live inwith or without the Emission test.
If you install a new performance pipesthey always recommend to re-install the CC. there is nothing wrong with CC. you are daily driver not a racer.
SRI and HKS muffler with Silencer is just enough to make the Lancerfaster.
if you are just planning to drive it a little faster but racing itis another story
Just wait until the 100,000 warranty
Beside enjoy the stock performance for now. it is not really pretty bad at all
