Hey everyone I haven't posted in a while. I need a little bit of help please. I was working on my car on Sunday, trying to put the tail lights & the headlights' eye lids. Turns of that I am not very good and doing the cosmetic stuff. Does anyone have any advice on how I can do it. I tried and it kept falling off. HELP HELP!!

Does it have 3M double sided mounting tape?
it is has ARed Peel.

Once you put it on it will not come off or if it come off it will never stick again.

if you have that 3m mounting tape just replace them. you can buy them at any auto store.

if it just ordinary tape and it came off I think you have to buy another set.

Default RE: Help

you have to replacethe tape.

You needto peel ALL THE old tape and by rolling it forward it will be a fight but slowely you dont want to break your Eye Lids.

Just rolling IT LIKEa carpet. if you like chemicals, spray it with bumper sticker remover.

(Used soft spongenot a scrubber sponge)
Wash the lids with soap before putting the new tape. IF IT IS MADE OF PLASTIC wipe it ANDdont BREAK IT.

Buy a new 3M double sided tape.remember it has a red peel.
it is really pain in the butt to take the peel off. used your sharpest finger.

Then fallow your spec or old contour of the tape.

Remember the tape is sensitive one mistake you have to do it all over again.

One thing to remember to do is clean the surface that you are attaching the tape to. Alcohol works fine in removing grease and/or any oily residue from the surfaces. When done good, it will leave a white haze on the surface so be sure not to go wild and do the entire area. lol.
