Hold SET+NAVI, touch Versions, and tell us the version. Should be something like NR-261UM and 00.30.94. If its 00.30.94 or earlier, you can use the patch posted on rcostin's website (sorry I won't personally post a direct link for possible legal reasons). If its newer, stay tuned, a new patcher is in the works. See this (very very long) thread: https://mitsubishiforum.com/m_222824/tm.htm (the posts near the end are probably the most useful).

This is what the entire screen said...

Loader: BLD-NR-261UM 1.09
Application: 00.30.97
Navi Sub Microcomputer: 00.30.00 089004
Audio Sub Microcomputer: 09.30.03 093003
Map Data: M110 ANA_07_200701B
Monitor: 00.79.00
CAN Box: 000120

Does any of this help???

You have 00.30.97, which I don't believe has been patched yet. Watch the thread linked above, a new version of the patcher should be coming out somewhat soon.
