I have a 03 Lancer OZ Rally and the A/C temperature control **** and the one that selects where the air comes out won't turn all the way to the right. When I turn them they spring back about a quarter of the way. It's annoying not being able to defrost my windows or use the heat. Especially now that it's winter. Anybody have this issue before?

 

Try this, Pull the **** out a bit but not fully, It should still be connected to the pin, turn the **** fully and pass the last position. Push it back and it should stay in the place you turn it to.
