Default Lancer OZ Rally 2002

Hi; im new here,

Recently i got a Lancer 2002 4G94, i would like to know what kind of tricks can i do, to increase the HP,

all ready installed the Headers 4. 2. 1. and the cold air intake; thats all

the other thing is, the "service engine soon" light dont turns off, since i installed the headers, i make sure that the sensors were fine, so i dont know what it could be?

the only way is making a diagnosis??

Apreciate all your comments!

check engine light is known to come on when a new header is installed. It is in no way uncommon. road race motor sports sells a part that eliminates the CEL.

the biggest power gain you'll get out of a lancer (besides turbo) would be a ECU piggyback ( again, roadracemotorsports.com)

Just remember theres only so much you can do to a NA 4G94 in a lancer... although a CAI does make it sound real fast

You forgot to re-install the oxygen sensor on that Header.

Oh I forgot you have to watch out withthat Sensor on your Cold Air Intake if you break it that Engine light will come on permanently.

I think the sensor will cost you $500.00 if you broke it.

I installed short ram and headerson my car andI never had Engine light on.

http://www.rpw.com.au/shop/index.php...&Itemid=51

Check this Web Site from Australia they sell headers for Mirage and I think Lancers too. They sell Headers and check the picture they have a PLACE TO RE-INSTALL THE sensor.

Put it back if you have Emission test at your State.
