NEED TO GO FAST!!!!!

heres the deal, being new to the rice burner scene i need some help
my 04 lancer ralliart needs to go a lil faster for me and i need some suggestions
any info from anyone would be greatly appreciated

haha, shulda got something else if you want speed. my 09 Lancer GTS has more HP then that thing.
