Exclamation Mitsubishi Lancer DE 2010 (2008-10)

Hi guys, I am willing to buy (topic) with a manual transmission, have you noticed any problems with them that I should know about?
Are these cars reliable? Since they have been manufactured?
I would appreciate if you could tell me anything about the usage/problems/comforts etc. etc.

Default 2010 Lancer DE (Manual)

I just bought a brand new one 2 weeks ago. I had a manual chevy cobalt before, i noticed with the lancer you have to come to a COMPLETE stop even with the clutch in to go into reverse...i dont know if thats a safety thing or what but my cobalt never did that nor any other stick i've had. Hope this helps your decision making.

Exclamation Lancer ES

Hi. I have a 2009 Lancer ES and its a great car, I choose the CVT because I drive a lot in the city, both manual & CVT are so reliable and they feel great on the highway.

Any Lancer is a good choise, but for a little more $ you should go for the ES.

Unhappy

I actually can't buy it (or call it I don't want it). It's not that I changed love to Japanese cars, only the dealer GRAND MITSUBISHI, ILL doesn't have good salesmen, they don't give a damn about a customer, they just want to sell the goddamn car after 5 minutes entering the dealership. If any of you could recommend me a good Mitsubishi dealer in Illinois I would really appreciate.
BTW, what do you mean that you have to stop the car totally to put the reverse gear? I don't get it, for example if you want to turn around fastly (reverse) turn around the car 180 degrees and put 1st gear it won't work? till you stop or something?
