hey guys i just bought a new 03 OZ RALLY. this is my first car and its not very fast. i wanted to know the best way to improve my horses and not spend a lot of money since i'm goin to college now and gotta pay my bills. i am not a car person so i need as much help as i can get.

 

Well sorry for ya, it really wont be that fast without big money for a turbo or supercharger. you can get a header and exhaust but that will only make minimal difference

intake system will deff. add up some power,but still....that lancer is too slow. i, sport a cai system, muffler system (full) magnecor wires (8.5) w/ bosch plat.4 and a hyper voltage system from sun auto group. and you know what??? am' about to trade this "slow joe". went to mitsu. to check on evo's. test drove it and wow!!! the power and style....end of summer i'll be out in the street w/ a new evo.

 

i wanted to know what a header is cause someone told me 2 get that and i would also like to know how much it costs and how much horsepower it will increase for my 03 lancer oz rally
