It's a stock OEM style hood, just carbon fiber. The evo's come with the hole in the hood stock, for cooling yes, and rain does get in, a real pain in the ***, but I solved this problem by purchasing an aluminum box to surround the HKS RS intake element.

 

Nice ride man, I've always liked the Lancer, just never found one for sale where I'm at. But the Eclipse does me just fine for now, lol. Keep up the good work!

Eclipse's are everywhere. If I were you I would wait until the '06 comes out. 260 HP, five speed auto, six man, 650 Watt Fosgate w/ 10" Sub. STOCK. Utterly awesome. Gimme a call if you cannot find one, I'll drive it to you and fly back, no prob.
