Rally Armor mud flaps

i was looking at putting on some rally armor mud flaps on my 11 lancer, so im just wondering if anyone has dealt with them and if so how difficult to put them on?

I have not put them on myself but have heard good things. Try a search on evolutionm or evoxforums several of their members have them on.
