im trying to set up my bluetooth and everytime i press the SPEECH button i get "hands free is locked please say passcode" and i dont know what it is! ive tried everything. is there a way to bypass or reset this? ive called dealerships but ive been very dissappointed by their lack of knowledge on the matter. would disconnecting my battery cables work maybe?

 

The passcode is given by your cell phone provider. I know verizon is 0000 its the same thing as your pass key if you know what that is.

 

say zero, zero, zero, zero. It's always that unless you set it up as a different # when you initialized it.

 

ya tried all that. still not workin. just got back from the dealership and spent an hour wit them and they couldnt even tell me ****. kinda sad really u think takin ur car tothe dealership they'd know it inside and out, guess not.

 

Have you solved this issue? I'm having the same problem. It has nothing to do with pairing a phone, the system is just locked all of a sudden an no combination of numbers that I've used have worked.
