Hey everyone, I have a 2017 Lancer es and I'm having trouble removing the current shift ****. I've looked for videos and searched up and down forum pages, but I still haven't seen a shifter like this one. It was installed by the previous owner, so I know nothing about it. I'm able to get the leather **** off but can't figure out the silver piece.
