shift knob ideas plz.

I need a new shift knob because the leather on mine is peeling off. I have been looking on ebay and the only ones that I can really find are the cheap universal allen key ones. I REFUSE to buy one of those. I would rather go without a shift knob than buy one of those. Anyway, the thread size is 10mm x 1.25. Note the shift knob in the attached pic.
