Unhappy Sorry for duplicate, KYB Struts HELP?!!! Not selling..

I apologize for creating another thread, but I think the title of the previous thread sounds like an advertising for KYB struts .

so:

Hi,
I moved out back to Europe and took my 2003 OZ Rally with me.
Now I just found out that to get some parts for this car in Europe is NOT a piece of cake! In 2003 here in Europe, Mitsu was seling Carisma instead of Lancer. So, my first problem was an Oil filter, which I solved it, by comparing the old one. My second is Struts and Shocks.

I have no idea which shocks/struts to get, for which European model?

I found, on the KYB web site (USA) , that the part number for the front struts is 334420. Now here, looking in KYB catalog (not online, at an auto-parts dealer) they found a 334420 that is for a 2003 Lancer 1.6. ( the OZ you know is 2.0). Anyway, my question is, will the same part number indicate that this is the same exact strut? should I go ahead and buy those?

Anybody? At least logical thoughts ? Is the same part number for the same actual part?

For anybody who is interested. Same number = same part. 334420 works on my car, but I installed 334369 which are almost the same , except they are MORE,MORE stiffer.
