Tranny acts up with AC on
Lancer ES 2002
When ever I turn on my AC it seems to make the Tranny act up.
Here are the things that the Tranny it does with the AC on;
- Takes longer to drop into Drive.
- When I come to a stop you can feel it drop into first after I've stopping for 2-3 seconds. If you attempt to take off before it drops into first it the engine revs up almost like it's not in gear.
- It shifts fine once I get going, it mainly just the start and stops that bother the Tranny
I'm not sure if this is coincidence or meaningful, but it seem to start right after I changed both engine belts, including the one that connects to the AC compressor.
Any advice on where to look or start would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
