Vacuum System Issue
2003 Lancer ES owner here ... have an issue with the vacuum system. When everything is connected it barely runs. When I pull a the green hose from the throttle body it runs great. The vacuum control valve has been changed, the EGR cleaned and tested, ... what is it likely? The EGR? The Solenoid(s)? a blocked line? Any advise or guidance is welcome!!
