1. My interpretation is this No.8 fuse protects all these above circuits involving all the above components?
2. Where is this "power window relay"?

Fuse 8 covers the switching side of the circuit, but fuse 20 covers the switched side of the circuit.

The relay circuit is integrated into the ETACS
