so here is my 96 mirage it started off being a daily dsriver for project jeep. i put an exhaust on it and i want this car to be faster any mods out there for this 1.8 to make it faster?

Exhaust sounds nice! As far as making the car faster you could put on some headers for relatively cheap, or depending on how much money you are willing to spend you could turbo the car. www.turbo-kits.com should have a turbo for that car, but if they don't just give them the info on your car and they'll hook you up. (or at least try to)

drivewire.com has a header for it for around $138. Or you could try Ebay, but with that you really don't know what your getting.

 

ya ebay kinda sucks. i have another question what other cars have this engine tranny and stuff like that.

 

sounds good but the exhaust looks like @ss. Header, intake, ported intake manifold, bigger throttle body, bigger injectors, fuel pressure regulator, upgrade the fuel pump and get something to tune it with if you want to stay NA. Turbo's a whole nother monster.

 

yeah turbo is yeah! lol exhaust yeah thats a good story because its off an eclipse and my freiend totaled his and we threw my exhaust on as a joke but dont worry ill fix it!
