Do you have a gear/pulley puller? If not, you need one.

Assuming you've got the bolt out, I wiggled mine back and forth a bit and it came right off. If you do need to get a pulley puller, Auto Zone has them to loan. You pay a deposit but get it back once you get they get the tool back. They got several specialty tools to loan.

just a comment; I replaced the timing belt 2 weeks ago ( first time in this car ) and just to loose the bolt of the crankshaft pulley I needed a very very long pipe to loose it. In some moment I thought that I was turning the bolt in the wrong way because it was unbelievably the way this bolt was tight. I think this bolt needs around 200 Lb to get loose. After that I removed the pulley very easily with a pulley puller.
